At Living Well Counseling Center, we provide holistic care and services to both men and women. We work with our clients to help improve their lives by helping them learn and heal from the past, while providing a nurturing environment where one can achieve their present and future goals.
Living Well’s philosophy is that clients have all the tools needed to succeed. We strive to develop specific, goal-oriented strategies to help our clients cope with life circumstances; to promote long lasting personal growth. Our belief is that by increasing self-compassion, personal validation and mindfulness techniques, clients can achieve their desired results. Through a holistic approach, we help our clients heal by taking in to account every facet of their life.
Our goal is to build a collaborative relationship between client and therapist to help each client achieve success. Through the use of evidenced based strategies, such as Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) along with other healing treatments such as Brainspotting (BSP) and Mindfulness, we can promote positive change for our clients.
