Lindsey is a Mental Health Therapist who received her MS from Monmouth University, NJ. During her time at Monmouth University, she served on the graduate school committee in an effort to serve the larger academic community. She achieved honors during her graduate time and is a member of the CHI SIGMA IOTA Honor Society.

Lindsey specializes in trauma/life transition, mood disorders and behavioral issues. She pull from various forms of therapy including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting and Compassion Focused Therapy.

Lindsey has extensive training in DBT and trauma and prides herself on her knowledge base. She believes in staying current, while providing exceptional quality care. Lindsey employees Evidenced Based Practices and is a Certified Brainspotter. Lindsey is a member of the National Board For Certified Counselors and has also provided traing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Jennifer earned a MS in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University, NJ, with a specialization in substance abuse treatment. Jennifer has experience working with a range of clients including adolescents, adults, and families. She has assisted such clients in navigating a range of social and emotional needs, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, life transition, and family relational challenges. Jennifer is a Certified Brainspotter and has extensive training in addictions and trauma..

Jennifer has a passion for human services and mental health and believes in a client-centered treatment philosophy. Jennifer has an eclectic approach to therapy and pulls from various treatments including, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Brainspotting and Good Lives based interventions. Jennifer believes that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of treatment.

In Jennifer’s spare time, she enjoys exercise and time spent with her fiancé and their beloved dog Oakley.

James received his MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology from William Paterson University and believes that every person has the potential for healing. With a belief that the whole person needs to be accounted for, James employs mindfulness and finds that this therapeutic intervention enhances therapy at the cognitive level and aids in brain restructuring.

With a person-centered focus, James uses a variety of evidenced based therapeutic interventions including, Mindfulness, CBT, ACT and REBT. James believes that these researched interventions are the “bed-rock” to therapeutic healing.

James has experience working with children, teens, families, adults, and neurodiverse populations. He has helped countless individuals navigate trauma and life transition, along with grief and loss. Life skills, self-esteem and communication are other areas of expertise. James also pulls from Family Systems, Trauma Informed Care, Reality Therapy, and Problem-Solving Therapy to help improve one's sense of self.

James believes in life balance. He has a passion for supporting individuals during times of need and works closely with his therapy dog, to aid in physical and emotional healing.

Lindsay received her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University in 2013 and has been working in the counseling field since. Lindsay enjoys working with a wide range of ages, including adolescents through older adult populations. Lindsay specializes in Anxiety, Adjustment and Mood Disorders, as well as transitional life changes like aging and family dynamics including improving communication and resolving conflicts.

Lindsay believes learning effective communication and coping skills can enhance a client’s interpersonal relationships, improving many facets of their life. Lindsay utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach to guide her clients through their therapy journey and uses tools like journaling and role playing to encourage clients to reframe negative thoughts.

Lindsay encourages her clients to use mindfulness as a daily tool and enjoys providing clients with new or healthier coping and problem solving skills. Lindsay employs an empathic, client centered approach but is able to challenge her clients to make positive and healthy steps. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, friends and animals, including cats, dogs and a horse.
